What You’ll Do

• Handle the day-to-day functioning of the station and keep the broadcast timetable on track.
• Work with presenters, guests, and contributors to keep shows running smoothly.
• Watch over streaming performance and help resolve technical or quality issues.
• Contribute ideas for new programmes, show formats, and content concepts.
• Support promotion of shows and events across social media and related channels.
• Collaborate with the team to improve listener engagement and expand the audience.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine interest in radio, media, and broadcasting.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.
• Some familiarity with broadcasting software or tools such as OBS or Playit Live is helpful.
• The ability to work on your own and stay effective in a busy, fast-moving setting.
• A strong willingness to learn and develop within the media industry.
