About the Role
Babylon Radio is looking for a part-time Radio Station Manager Intern to support the running of its online station. This opportunity is suited to someone who is enthusiastic about radio, broadcasting, music, and connecting communities through multicultural content.

What You’ll Do
- Handle the day-to-day functioning of the station and keep the broadcast timetable on track.
- Work with presenters, guests, and contributors to keep shows running smoothly.
- Watch over streaming performance and help resolve technical or quality issues.
- Contribute ideas for new programmes, show formats, and content concepts.
- Support promotion of shows and events across social media and related channels.
- Collaborate with the team to improve listener engagement and expand the audience.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine interest in radio, media, and broadcasting.
- Good communication and organisational abilities.
- Some familiarity with broadcasting software or tools such as OBS or Playit Live is helpful.
- The ability to work on your own and stay effective in a busy, fast-moving setting.
- A strong willingness to learn and develop within the media industry.
