Job description
Role overview
This opportunity suits someone who already has exposure to property claims or loss adjusting and wants a clear step up in their career. It also fits candidates from a broker background working as a claims handler, provided they have property claims experience. If you bring experience from property, construction, or strata work and want to help people recover after damage or loss, this role may be a strong match.
You do not need to already be a qualified loss adjuster. The employer will provide training and support to the right person.
You will join Crawford, a large global claims management business, and work within a team that helps communities and organisations when property damage occurs.
What is offered
- A competitive salary with an annual performance bonus
- Car allowance plus laptop and company mobile phone
- Guidance from an experienced and supportive manager
- Structured training and development opportunities
- A defined route toward Senior Loss Adjuster or other specialist positions
- A collaborative team environment where teamwork matters
Role summary
In this Strata Loss Adjuster position, you will oversee property claims from the initial assessment stage through to final resolution.
Key duties
- Attend strata sites to inspect damage and assess loss

- Engage and coordinate tradespeople and technical experts

- Handle claims in a way that supports timely and satisfactory customer outcomes
The position brings together technical knowledge of property, practical problem-solving, and strong customer service.
