Role overview
This position sits at the center of a residential community, combining property oversight with tenant care. The goal is to create a secure, comfortable, and welcoming living experience while building strong long-term relationships with residents. The role is based at the Highland Views apartments in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
What you will do
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the property, including rent collection, lease application handling, and maintaining strong tenant satisfaction.
- Partner with the leasing team to support occupancy and vacancy targets.
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, scheduling, and property inspections.
- Identify repair or replacement needs and raise work orders when required.
- Take part in meetings and contribute ideas and recommendations for improving operations and internal processes.
What you should bring
- Prior experience in a management position.
- Strong adaptability, flexibility, and practical problem-solving ability.
- A professional manner with good judgment and diplomacy.
- Solid computer literacy, including hands-on use of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience with an ERP system is an advantage.
Compensation and benefits
The salary range for this role is $51,200 to $64,000 per year, with the final offer based on your skills, education, and experience. The role also includes access to a benefits package and the following perks:
