The agency manages a broad mix of commercial and residential properties for over 300 owners, with a focus on personalised service for both tenants and landlords.
Role Summary
This Perth-based, onsite part-time position supports the Licensee and Property Manager across a range of property management activities. The role covers inspections, maintenance follow-up, lease documentation, tenant communication, marketing support, property paperwork, and general administrative coordination. You will contribute to the day-to-day running of property management operations and provide practical assistance wherever needed.
Key Duties
- Support Property Managers in expanding the residential portfolio by helping source new properties and contributing to business development efforts.
- Manage tenancy arrears by issuing automated reminders through Property Me and keeping the Property Manager updated.
- Organise and assist with ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections, and prepare inspection reports.
- Coordinate maintenance by logging issues with property owners, obtaining approvals, and liaising with contractors.
- Draft lease paperwork and review tenancy applications.
- Maintain accurate filing and archiving systems and carry out general administrative tasks as required.
- Offer proactive day-to-day assistance to Property Managers.
- Work with initiative, independently when needed, while supporting team objectives.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant is a self-driven and motivated professional who can work well both on their own and within a team. Strong communication and customer service ability is essential, along with a positive, proactive approach. You should be comfortable multitasking, managing priorities, and showing a genuine interest in property management. Good computer literacy is important, and prior exposure to property management systems will be an advantage.
