The agency manages a broad mix of commercial and residential properties on behalf of over 300 owners, with a focus on tailored service for both tenants and landlords.

About the Role

This Darwin-based part-time position supports the Licensee and Property Manager across day-to-day property management work. The role includes help with inspections, maintenance coordination, lease preparation, tenant communication, marketing support, paperwork management, and handling property-related enquiries. It also involves general administrative assistance that helps keep property operations running smoothly.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support Property Managers in expanding the residential portfolio through property sourcing and business development activity.
  • Monitor tenancy arrears by sending automated reminders through Property Me and keeping the Property Manager updated.
  • Organise and assist with ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections, and compile inspection reports.
  • Coordinate maintenance by raising issues with owners, obtaining approvals, and liaising with contractors.
  • Prepare lease paperwork and assess tenancy applications.
  • Maintain accurate filing and archiving, along with other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide hands-on support to Property Managers whenever required.
  • Work on your own initiative and contribute toward business objectives.
