Role Overview

EPI-USE is expanding its UK-based support services for SuccessFactors clients and seeks a motivated and detail-focused Project & Support Office Coordinator to join the UK Support team. This role involves collaborating with the PMO and Support teams to ensure smooth operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cyclical client activities such as support upgrades and regulatory solution updates.
  • Take full ownership of onboarding new clients into support services.
  • Assist in resourcing and managing support tickets.
  • Handle contract renewal processes and communicate necessary details to finance.
  • Maintain and track support reports including AMS, burndown, financial, and operational data.
  • Support governance processes within support including release and handover management.
  • Monitor support KPIs encompassing SLA tracking.
  • Assist onboarding and offboarding procedures, providing guidance to new employees.
  • Address operational queries and troubleshoot system and process issues as they arise.
  • Organize meetings and AMS events efficiently.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of documentation and tracking materials, including proofreading.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in AMS processes and workflows.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years in a comparable coordination or support role.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, especially pivot tables.
  • Proficient in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Power BI, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Teams is required.

Additional Information

The role is full-time and based onsite in Ireland. Salary ranges from €65,000 to €85,000 annually, depending on experience. Due to high application volumes, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.
