Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 12 years of professional experience, including managing tower projects exceeding 30 floors.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading extensive projects and handling complex execution challenges.
• Proficient in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and variance tracking.
• Experienced in quality assurance and control to maintain compliance with technical specifications.
• Skilled in risk management and escalation protocols.
• Strong leadership abilities for coordinating with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, owners, and governmental authorities.
• Understanding of Health & Safety regulations and site risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project lifecycle from initial preparation through to final handover, ensuring scope delivery aligns with time, cost, and quality benchmarks.
• Manage the onsite execution and coordinate daily to weekly activities among all project stakeholders.
• Develop, review, and monitor execution plans; provide frequent progress updates to owners and consultants.
• Ensure that all works are performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and technical directives.
• Supervise contractors and vendors to guarantee compliance with the project schedule and standards.
• Evaluate and approve stages of the project, address technical queries, resolve issues, and note observations.
