Role Overview
The Project Manager Civil will be responsible for steering civil works from the planning stage through execution and delivery. The role requires hands-on coordination at site, close collaboration with multiple project stakeholders, and consistent attention to quality, cost, safety, and schedule targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead civil projects end to end, making sure work is delivered on schedule and within the approved budget.
- Manage on-site activities, including workforce coordination, procurement of materials, and maintenance of quality standards.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other involved parties to keep project objectives aligned.
- Visit project sites regularly to review progress, spot concerns early, and take corrective action where needed.
- Maintain compliance with safety norms and internal company guidelines throughout the project duration.
