Job description

Role Overview

This position is based in Dubai and is offered as a full-time, on-site role. The Production Planning Supervisor is tasked with building, maintaining, and fine-tuning production plans so operations run smoothly and customer demand is met on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create weekly production plans from the monthly demand forecast.
  • Revise schedules when capacity issues or line interruptions occur so the required quantity for each SKU is completed by the end of the week.
  • Track daily IM stock positions and SKU coverage, then take corrective action to ensure production materials such as preforms and closures are available for the lines.
  • Issue production orders and follow up on execution against the approved production schedule.
  • Build and maintain the monthly master production plan.
  • Coordinate production activities to ensure efficient use of capacity and alignment with business needs.

Experience and Background

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in production or planning-related work.
  • Hands-on experience in the FMCG food sector is required.
  • Capability to lead planning activities and functions.
