Role and Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with key stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and trade-offs.
• Collaborate closely with Business, Design, and Data teams to oversee product lifecycle from discovery, development, launching, growth, to continuous refinement.
• Analyze customer personas and needs to guide product development using a hypothesis-driven, problem-solving approach.
• Manage product backlog, plan sprints, and lead engineering teams to deliver high-quality user stories into production.
• Implement systematic data utilization within products to measure and inform success and decisions.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment for clear understanding of product scopes, priorities, and timelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated success as a Product Owner at fast-growing digital banking or fintech firms, with expertise in marketplace, payments, cryptocurrency, or related payment products.
• Experience driving digital product development from concept through launch in agile settings.
• Technical background in computer engineering or similar fields is advantageous.
• Strong business insight and problem-solving experience; strategy consulting background is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, high-pressure environments, managing diverse technical and business stakeholders with assertive influence.
• Mastery of product development craft and enthusiasm for advancing customer-centric digital experiences and trends.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail combined with entrepreneurial, practical, curious mindset and strong intuition about consumer needs.
• Proven leadership experience with noteworthy accomplishments.
