About the role
Candid Health is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to shape how its product roadmap is presented to the market and to communicate the unique value of its autonomous revenue cycle automation platform. This position is a high-visibility, strategic hire that will help define the company’s story and support meaningful growth across a customer-focused, scalable, and collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with teams across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to align on go-to-market priorities and guide the planning and rollout of launches for new features, products, and technology integrations.
- Design and run multi-channel campaigns that increase product usage, generate pipeline, and deepen customer engagement. Partner with demand generation and content teams to turn positioning into campaign plans, manage release-aligned calendars, and measure results to improve messaging and conversions.
- Develop the product marketing discipline from an early stage by creating repeatable systems such as launch tiers and ongoing market update rhythms that fit the company’s size, stage, and needs.
- Study market movement, competitor activity, and category best practices to create strong positioning, value propositions, and messaging that support growth and strengthen the company’s competitive stance.
- Create sales-enablement and marketing assets such as pitch decks, battlecards, demo videos, one-pagers, and proposal templates. Build customer advocacy programs, references, and community initiatives, and convert customer wins into case studies and testimonials that support adoption and pipeline creation.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related discipline is required.
- Between 3 and 6 years of experience in dedicated Product Marketing roles, ideally within Enterprise B2B.
- Proven experience building and managing end-to-end go-to-market plans and launch strategies for enterprise SaaS offerings.
- Strong point of view on value-based messaging, turning technical product details into practical customer use cases, and competitive positioning.
- The ability to influence across functions, paired with a builder mindset and an understanding of how to create durable, scalable product marketing processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, business-focused language.
Compensation and work arrangement
The expected starting base salary range for this role is USD 160,000 to USD 195,000 annually, depending on experience. Actual pay may vary based on relevant skills, qualifications, interview outcomes, and market conditions. The overall package may also include equity, and the company places strong emphasis on equity upside as part of the compensation mix. The organization maintains a relatively flat structure with a wide range of experience levels across roles.
Location and schedule
This role is based in one of the company offices in Denver, New York, or San Francisco. The work model is hybrid, with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote each week.
