Role overview

Blaqora is a marketplace platform with a Shopify-like core, expanded to support physical goods, digital downloads, event ticket sales, and booking management through an integrated calendar system similar to Calendly. The product has already been developed and is ready for launch.

The company is seeking someone to lead the business operations, take ownership of day-to-day execution, guide the team, and help shape the go-to-market direction while the founder steps back from the daily workload.

This opportunity is open in two possible forms: you may join as a co-founder or as a salaried employee, depending on what suits you best.

What the role involves

The position is focused on leadership, execution, and operational control rather than software development. The ideal person will be comfortable steering strategy, coordinating the team, and ensuring the product moves from built status into market launch and growth.
