Product Manager

Role overview

NEXadept is hiring a Product Manager focused on internal systems and B2B platform work in Singapore. The role covers product design, documentation, and end-to-end delivery of internal tools, with responsibility for taking ideas from planning through launch while protecting product quality and user experience.

What you will do

• Own the design, documentation, and delivery of internal product systems across the full lifecycle.
• Work directly with users to uncover business needs, identify the core problem, and shape practical product solutions.
• Study business workflows in depth, break down complex requirements, and turn them into clear product plans and roadmaps that support operations and efficiency.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to keep execution on track and deliver against business objectives.
• Track developments in the B2B space and feed relevant insights into product strategy and ongoing improvements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of product management experience in backend systems or enterprise/B2B products; experience with internal systems or platform products is an added advantage.
• Hands-on ability with product design tools such as Visio and Axure, plus familiarity with mind-mapping software and basic database concepts.
• Good understanding of B2B requirement gathering and product design workflows.
• Self-driven with strong ownership, able to execute independently and proactively.
• Strong communication and project coordination abilities.
• Disciplined, detail-focused, and comfortable handling pressure with patience and persistence when solving difficult problems.
