Backed by leading investors, Superblocks has quickly become one of the fastest-rising AI startups and is already used by organizations such as Instacart, Sofi, Betterment, and Carrier. The team includes people who have worked at companies like Uber, Stripe, Datadog, Confluent, Elastic, and Google, and who have helped create or architect technologies such as Kafka, Kibana, Debezium, and Datadog APM.

After the launch of Clark, the company’s AI builder, adoption has grown strongly among enterprise customers across multiple industries. Superblocks operates fully in person from its New York City headquarters near Union Square.

Role Overview

This position is focused on leading the product direction for Superblocks’ AI agent capabilities. The role is centered on shaping how builders design, govern, and scale AI agents across their organizations.

The company is looking for a highly technical product leader who enjoys tight feedback cycles with customers and engineers and wants to help build a defining product from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for AI agent orchestration, governance, and execution.
  • Work with engineering to design and evolve agent features such as multi-step reasoning, workflow orchestration, and enterprise system integrations.
  • Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand their goals, challenges, and success measures.
  • Create and track metrics that measure agent performance, trust, and reliability, then use those insights to improve the product.
  • Develop scalable frameworks for governance, access control, audit trails, and compliance.
  • Coordinate and align priorities across design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of product management experience, with a history of delivering sophisticated technical products.
  • Strong exposure to AI/ML products, ideally including agent frameworks, LLM-based systems, or developer platforms.
  • Solid technical judgment, with the ability to discuss engineering trade-offs and turn them into customer value.
  • Strong product thinking and customer empathy, especially when balancing advanced AI functionality with enterprise needs.
  • Strong commitment to building a long-term AI company and a willingness to go beyond a standard 9-to-5 mindset.

Compensation

The base pay for this role is between USD 150,000 and USD 185,000+, along with a generous equity package and benefits. Final compensation will depend on experience and skills.

Work Setup

This is a fully in-person role based at the company’s New York City headquarters near Union Square.
