Job description
About the role
Olive Green Holding is building a set of internal platforms and digital ventures that support core operations, improve team efficiency, and create new business opportunities. This position is for someone who can turn real operational problems into working solutions and drive outcomes quickly, using modern AI tools as part of the build process.
This is a hands-on product leadership role rather than a conventional backlog-management position. You will own products end to end, work closely with the CTO, and have direct visibility with senior leadership. The environment is small and fast-moving, so the role calls for independence, commercial thinking, and a practical approach to execution.
Areas you may own
You may take responsibility for one or more product streams, including the following:
- Core internal platforms that support daily business activity such as scheduling, workflows, operations, and reporting.
- Productivity and automation tools designed to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and speed up team performance.
- Early-stage digital ventures that are being shaped from scratch, tested with users, and developed toward commercial success.
What the role involves
- Taking full ownership of a platform from problem discovery through delivery and ongoing improvement.
- Studying user journeys and operational processes to identify where they break down.
- Spotting product bugs, workflow inefficiencies, interface issues, and business opportunities.
- Using AI coding tools to prototype, automate, test, release, and refine solutions.
- Creating dashboards, internal applications, automations, and integrations that deliver operational value.
- Collaborating with operations, leadership, support, and commercial teams to understand and solve real business problems.
- Setting priorities based on measurable business impact, operational gains, and commercial outcomes.
- Helping the broader team adopt AI-enabled working methods.
What we are looking for
- Solid experience in product, operations, or business systems, with a history of owning results rather than only managing tasks.
- A strong commercial mindset and a focus on outcomes over feature volume.
- Practical experience using AI tools to build real solutions, not just to draft content.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with comfort in ambiguous situations.
- The ability to work independently without relying on a large support team.
- Confidence in both technical and non-technical discussions, including with engineers and operations leaders.
- A naturally inquisitive, operational mindset with attention to how systems actually work in practice.
Practical interview task
The interview process includes a hands-on assignment. You will be given a real operational problem and access to an AI coding tool. The assessment is focused on whether you can build something functional, make sensible trade-offs under pressure, and clearly explain what you created, how it works, and where its limitations are. Candidates who have never used AI tools to build something real are unlikely to be the right fit for this position yet.
Helpful but optional experience
- Experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, Replit, Copilot, or ChatGPT.
- Workflow automation experience using tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom scripts.
- Background in product analytics and experimentation.
- Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
- Ability to use SQL or light scripting in Python or JavaScript.
- Exposure to browser automation or testing tools.
- Experience with ERP, scheduling, or operational platforms.
What makes this role unique
Unlike many product roles, this one is deeply connected to execution. You will work directly with senior leadership, own products that matter to the business, and use modern tools to move quickly. Because the team is small, your decisions will be visible and your work will be used by real users from day one.
Additional information
This role reports directly to the CTO and is part of a small, growing team. It is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is a full-time onsite position.
