About the role

Olive Green Holding is looking for a versatile delivery and operations leader to support the CTO across several fast-moving areas, including AI-native platforms, internal systems, enterprise technology services, and early-stage digital products. This is a hands-on role in a small but expanding team that uses modern AI tools to speed up product, engineering, operations, and support work.

You will act as a trusted right hand to the CTO, helping convert strategy into practical execution across delivery, technology operations, product implementation, and organisational support. The role may shift day to day between improving support workflows with AI agents, preparing a platform for launch, checking infrastructure readiness, reviewing roadmaps, or helping shape a new venture. The focus is on ownership of outcomes and momentum, not only task tracking.

Core focus areas

This position spans three major workstreams: technology operations and IT, product delivery and platform enablement, and venture and platform development.

Technology operations and IT

  • Help move IT support toward an AI-enabled operating model.
  • Strengthen service management, operational routines, and support capability.
  • Coordinate infrastructure, security, access control, and readiness activities.
  • Bring more consistency to tools, platforms, and ways of working across the business.
  • Make sure technology teams have the operational base they need to scale.

Product delivery and platform enablement

  • Work with Product Owners and Platform Owners to turn concepts into shippable outcomes.
  • Coordinate releases, launches, testing, and go-live planning.
  • Support production readiness, including identity and authentication, App Store and Google Play release preparation, infrastructure readiness, monitoring, support processes, documentation, and handover.
  • Spot delivery risks, dependencies, blockers, and mitigation actions early.

Venture and platform development

  • Support the build and growth of new digital ventures and internal platforms.
  • Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and shape workable solutions.
  • Take direct ownership of smaller initiatives and products where needed.
  • Use AI tools to speed up prototyping, delivery, testing, and operational improvements.
  • Help turn ideas into usable products that create measurable value for the business.

What you will do

  • Serve as the CTO’s operational partner across technology, product, and delivery work.
  • Coordinate activity across product, engineering, support, infrastructure, vendors, and business teams.
  • Convert strategic goals into action plans that can be executed.
  • Run delivery governance across several concurrent projects and workstreams.
  • Track dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and milestone progress.
  • Help design and improve delivery standards, frameworks, and working methods.
  • Lead workshops, planning meetings, reviews, and stakeholder updates.
  • Support discovery work, requirements collection, and roadmap planning.
  • Review user journeys and operational processes to find improvement opportunities.
  • Apply AI tools to automate documentation, reporting, testing, and delivery tasks.
  • Assist with vendor management, procurement, and technology assessment when needed.
  • Create dashboards and reporting that improve visibility for leadership.
  • Ensure products are ready from an operational standpoint before launch.
  • Maintain momentum and accountability across teams while keeping the focus on practical outcomes.

Interview exercise

Candidates will be given a realistic scenario during the interview process that combines product delivery, operational issues, stakeholder management, and technology implementation. The assessment is designed to see how quickly someone can understand a complex situation, prioritise, identify risks and dependencies, use AI tools to move faster, produce pragmatic delivery plans, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.

This role is not likely to suit someone who needs highly structured environments, extensive support, or very detailed instructions to work effectively. It is a better fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, creating momentum, and taking ownership across multiple domains.

Helpful but not essential experience

  • Background in product management.
  • Exposure to IT service management such as ITIL or similar frameworks.
  • Experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, Codex, Replit, Copilot, or ChatGPT.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
  • Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
  • Experience with authentication platforms and identity management.
  • Experience implementing or administering SaaS platforms.
  • Vendor and third-party supplier management experience.
  • Working knowledge of Agile delivery methods.
  • Exposure to SQL, APIs, integrations, and automation.
  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or Odoo.

Location

This role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and is onsite.
