Job description

Role overview

This opportunity is for a Product Manager based in Ireland and is being handled on behalf of a partner company, which will manage applications and the next stages of the process. The role sits at the crossroads of product strategy, AI innovation, commercial thinking, and customer needs. You will shape digital workflow solutions used in a highly regulated, innovation-focused environment, with the goal of improving content operations through scalable platforms, automation, and data-led processes.

You will own complex workflows from end to end, help guide product direction, and contribute to the evolution of next-generation AI-enabled ecosystems. The position suits someone who enjoys solving intricate challenges, coordinating diverse stakeholders, and building products that can scale globally while delivering measurable business impact.

Key accountabilities

  • Take full ownership of one or more complete workflows, including their vision, objectives, outcomes, and long-term business value.
  • Make sure workflows are reliable, scalable, and adaptable across multiple markets, customer settings, and operating models.
  • Lead the definition and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities such as automation, workflow orchestration, and human review governance.
  • Work closely with engineering and AI specialists to validate technical feasibility and deliver product improvements successfully.
  • Build platform-level capabilities that allow modular setup, enterprise-grade scaling, and future workflow expansion.
  • Map and manage end-to-end data flows, covering ownership, dependencies, integrations, system boundaries, and analytics needs.
  • Partner with business analysts, solution consultants, and architecture teams to clarify technical requirements and improve solution design.
  • Shape commercialization plans by defining value drivers, pricing, packaging, and market positioning.
  • Support customer discovery, validate solutions, and present workflow demos to ensure the product matches market expectations.
  • Use customer feedback, market signals, and business goals to set priorities and steer product strategy.
  • Influence teams across product, engineering, sales, finance, operations, and customer-facing functions to deliver strong outcomes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of experience in product management or a similar strategic product leadership role, along with a record of turning product strategy into launches that produce business value. Experience with content supply chain processes in regulated industries is important, as is a background in designing and managing end-to-end workflows rather than isolated features.

You should have working knowledge of AI-driven systems, intelligent automation, and agent-based workflow technologies, plus an understanding of platform product management, infrastructure-oriented thinking, and scalable enterprise architecture. Experience defining data flows, integrations, analytics requirements, and complex operating ecosystems is also needed.

A strong commercial mindset is essential, including familiarity with pricing strategy, value realization, packaging models, business cases, and financial analysis. The role also requires at least 3 years of experience in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or another related regulated sector, plus strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align teams without direct authority.

Additional expectations include a solid grasp of product lifecycle management practices, confidence with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms, and upper-intermediate English or better with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay package with regular reviews tied to performance and salary progression.
  • Clear career development support and defined paths for professional growth.
  • The chance to work with experienced colleagues in a collaborative, supportive setting.
  • Flexible work arrangements, including the option to work remotely.
  • 18 paid business days of annual leave, rising to 20 days after two years of service.
  • Paid sick leave that covers both documented and undocumented absences.
  • Extra paid family leave for important events such as marriage, childbirth, or bereavement.
  • Comprehensive medical insurance.
  • Access to English language learning and professional development programmes.
  • Learning opportunities through conferences, forums, and industry events.
  • Regular team-building activities, company events, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • A modern, fully equipped workplace with the tools needed to succeed.
