What the role requires
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a similar discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain operations, consulting, or analytics.
- Solid knowledge of core supply chain concepts such as demand planning, inventory optimization, logistics, and network design.
- Practical experience with optimization methods including linear programming and network optimization.
- Exposure to simulation platforms and concepts, such as AnyLogic or FlexSim, and/or Python-based modeling environments.
- Experience working with data pipelines, ETL tools like Alteryx, and data integration or API-driven systems.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, including comfort with ambiguous business problems.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex analysis and recommendations to both technical and executive audiences.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new tools, methods, and evolving supply chain technologies.
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Benefits and working setup
- 100% remote work with location flexibility anywhere in the United States.
- Flexible schedule with unlimited flex time.
- Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Ongoing learning and professional development support.
- Exposure to advanced analytics, simulation, and digital twin technologies.
