Role Overview
This trainee position offers exposure to the end-to-end product lifecycle, with guidance from experienced product managers. You will learn how products move from research and planning through design, development, testing, launch, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build practical understanding of the full product lifecycle, including market study, requirement gathering, planning, design, development, testing, launch, and ongoing operations.
- Work with teams across functions and develop strong communication habits while collaborating with people from different cultural backgrounds.
- Carry out detailed market research through customer conversations, surveys, and data review to better understand user needs across regions.
- Support product planning and development activities, including product design inputs, technical structure discussions, and quality assurance work.
- Gather feedback from users and study product data to help improve and refine the product in collaboration with product managers.
- Learn the basics of product marketing and user training, and contribute to initiatives that improve engagement and satisfaction.
- Participate in shaping international product strategy and business growth, while learning how competition and planning differ across markets.
- Be prepared for frequent travel and possible relocation for overseas assignments.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information management, marketing, business administration, UX, or a field related to artificial intelligence. Candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience may also apply.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and problem-solving ability, can identify customer needs clearly, understands product design and development workflows, and has familiarity with agile methods and project management tools. Good teamwork, communication, adaptability, and a genuine interest in international product management are important. Permanent residency in the country of employment is required, along with readiness to travel frequently and possibly relocate for international work.
