Role Summary
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will drive paid acquisition for key products across international markets. The role focuses on planning, execution, analysis, and ongoing optimization of performance campaigns to improve efficiency, scale growth, and strengthen user acquisition outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and refine paid media strategies for the company’s core products across global channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and similar platforms.
- Oversee monthly advertising spend at a multi-million level, with responsibility for improving return on investment, lowering customer acquisition cost, and managing core metrics including CPI, LTV, retention, and payment performance.
- Create testing frameworks for campaigns, support the continuous improvement of ad creatives, and coordinate promotion approaches to lift click-through and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data and conversion funnels in detail to uncover issues and improve account setup, audience targeting, and bidding performance.
- Work closely with product, data, and design teams to create a growth loop that connects exposure, engagement, and conversion.
- Stay current on iOS SKAN updates and Android attribution changes to maintain accurate measurement and efficient campaign delivery.
- Evaluate emerging channels and tools, run tests on new opportunities, and help expand growth in new markets.
