Job description

Role overview

Corpay is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement of customer-facing features across its global payments and FX platform. The first priority will be stablecoin-enabled functionality.

In this position, you will work with commercial, operations, technology, and external partners to build a strong understanding of customer needs and market opportunities. Your work will help shape how users send, receive, and manage funds through stablecoin-related workflows.

You will take ownership of the online customer journey for stablecoin-related processes, including wallet and balance visibility, payment initiation, settlement, reporting, conversion, and connected operational activities. Working with Design and Engineering, you will turn customer and business requirements into scalable solutions that deliver commercial value.

This role acts as a connector across teams to make sure product investment supports strategic priorities and measurable outcomes. You will lead discovery, prioritization, execution tracking, and post-launch measurement across several initiatives.

How the team works

  • Company-provided equipment is supplied
  • Hands-on formal training is available
  • You will have access to product and engineering teams across functions
  • There are opportunities to shape the direction of the platform
  • The culture is highly collaborative and focused on outcomes

Key responsibilities

You will guide the roadmap for stablecoin-focused initiatives, ensuring each effort aligns with business goals, customer expectations, and market needs. You will also balance priorities using business value, ROI, customer impact, technical effort, and feasibility.

The role requires close collaboration across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations to create shared direction. You will convert strategic objectives into practical delivery plans and product initiatives, while gathering insights from customer pain points, operational issues, and market demand.

Product discovery will be a continuous responsibility through interviews, workshops, customer feedback, analytics, and market research. You will represent the customer perspective throughout the product lifecycle and build trusted relationships that encourage alignment and adoption.

You will lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, refinement, and release planning, and you will write epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements. You will also keep teams aligned on scope, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.

Another part of the role is to ensure shipped solutions meet business goals and quality standards. You will perform competitive analysis and industry research to spot trends and opportunities in the payments ecosystem, and you will build business cases to support strategic investment decisions.

You will work with stakeholders to test concepts, assess feasibility, and define MVP approaches. You will also coordinate cross-functional launches with Operations, Marketing, Digital Growth, Sales, and Customer Success.

Success metrics, KPIs, and adoption targets will need to be defined and tracked. After launch, you will monitor results, identify gaps, and develop corrective actions and optimization plans when targets are not being met.

Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences is essential, as is the ability to influence without direct authority and promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Skills and experience required

  • At least 5 years of product management experience in B2B payments, fintech, corporate payments, or a related financial technology area
  • Background in customer-facing digital products with a strong focus on usability and efficient workflows
  • Working knowledge of stablecoins and modern payment infrastructure, including domestic and cross-border use cases; direct experience is an advantage
  • Experience collaborating with UX/UI, commercial, and engineering teams to deliver user-centered solutions
  • Ability to rank competing priorities using ROI, customer value, business impact, risk, and engineering effort
  • Experience leading Agile teams using Scrum
  • Strong analytical and quantitative ability for data-driven decision-making
  • Experience with product discovery, customer research, journey mapping, and competitive analysis
  • Track record of launching products and measuring outcomes through KPIs, adoption data, and operational results
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills in a fast-moving environment
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms is preferred

Benefits and perks

  • Full benefits from day one, including medical, dental, vision, and paramedical coverage
  • Optional RRSP matching program
  • Company-wide virtual fitness classes
  • Paid time off covering major holidays, vacation, sick leave, personal time, and volunteer time
  • Discounted gym membership rate
  • Support for philanthropic activities with local and national organizations
  • Engaging company culture with contests and prizes

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is CAD 141,000 to CAD 176,000, depending on work location. The final offer will be based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions. Additional compensation and benefits such as incentives, health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and other applicable rewards may also be offered.
