Job description

About Trust

Trust is a digitally native bank in Singapore that is building a new kind of banking experience with a strong focus on customer delight. The environment is fast-moving and highly collaborative, giving you the chance to tackle fresh and meaningful challenges while helping shape the future direction of the bank.

Role Overview

As Product Lead, you will join a multidisciplinary team and report to the Business Head of Cards and Lending. Your work will center on shaping, developing, and delivering one of the bank’s key revenue-generating product offerings. In this role, you will take ownership of core Cards and Lending products and create a joined-up value proposition that anticipates customer needs while supporting the bank’s mission of making banking simpler, more transparent, and more trustworthy.

The ideal candidate brings a digital-first mindset, strong design and technology intuition, and a strategic approach to product building. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced setting, energized by complex problems, and willing to take initiative and execute hands-on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a flagship Cards and Lending product, including complete profit and loss accountability.
  • Shape and deliver a future-ready product strategy using data, market signals, and new technologies such as AI.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, covering acquisition, engagement, credit performance, and portfolio expansion.
  • Create product concepts and propositions rooted in customer insight and analytical evidence.
  • Spot and capture new growth opportunities across customer groups and credit segments.
  • Integrate AI and data-led decision-making into product features, operational processes, and customer journeys.
  • Act as the customer advocate by turning complex needs into clear, elegant experiences.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Data, Risk, and Operations to deliver smooth, high-quality journeys.
  • Lead daily execution while testing, learning, and improving continuously.

Technical Competencies

The role calls for working knowledge and applied capability in user research, communication and cross-team coordination, product analysis, product development and management, cards and lending operations and technology, credit risk management, and agile practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • A naturally tech-curious professional with strong interest in, or direct experience with, AI, automation, or data-driven products.
  • Someone who can operate comfortably amid ambiguity and fast change, and adapt quickly when priorities shift.
  • A builder at heart who is ready to get involved and make progress happen.
  • The ability to simplify complicated problems into intuitive customer experiences.
  • A collaborative style with the ability to influence stakeholders across different teams.
  • A continuous learner who actively seeks out new tools, domains, and working methods.
  • Balanced judgment that aligns customer value, business outcomes, and technical feasibility.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 10 years of overall experience, including 6 or more years in product management, preferably in Cards, Lending, or fintech.
  • A strong history of building and growing customer-facing financial products.
  • Solid understanding of credit, cards, and lending ecosystems.
  • Experience in agile, fast-paced digital environments.
  • Strong command of mobile and web technologies, with exposure to data- or AI-led product development considered a major plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field such as Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science.
