Role overview
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager for an onsite role in Dubai to lead and expand core products across fintech and proptech ventures. This position suits someone who approaches the role with an owner mindset, focuses strongly on customer outcomes, and performs well in fast-moving, high-growth settings.
What you will do
- Take end-to-end ownership of product direction, roadmap planning, key performance indicators, and commercial outcomes.
- Partner with engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, and operations teams to support growth and improve customer success.
- Uncover customer challenges through research, analysis of data, and direct conversations with users.
- Decide which initiatives to pursue by weighing impact, customer value, and business results.
- Drive product discovery, testing, and continuous improvement across the customer journey.
What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in product management within a technology-led environment.
- A proven history of shipping customer-centric products that have delivered measurable business impact.
- Hands-on experience with KPI definition, funnel analysis, and data-led decision-making.
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience in fintech, proptech, marketplaces, SaaS, or similar high-growth digital businesses is an advantage.
