Position Overview

We are seeking a Product Designer to craft seamless, high-quality user experiences for BJAK’s suite of financial products. The ideal candidate enjoys resolving complex product challenges through thoughtful interface design, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to simplify complex financial workflows into experiences that are swift, intuitive, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of complete product experiences from initial concept through to production deployment.
• Convert product requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and refined user interfaces.
• Create intuitive designs spanning insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other finance-related offerings.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components to ensure a consistent look and feel.
• Partner with engineers to guarantee the accurate implementation of designs.
• Enhance usability by iterating rapidly using product data insights and user feedback.
• Ensure design consistency across both mobile and web platforms.
• Continuously optimize interactions, accessibility, and overall product quality.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum three years experience designing digital products.
• Demonstrated strong product thinking and impeccable visual design in their portfolio (portfolio submission is mandatory).
• Expertise in Figma, including interactive prototyping.
• Deep understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design principles.
• Solid grasp on information architecture and mapping user flows.
• Excellent visual design aptitude, encompassing typography, spacing, layout, and interaction.
• Ability to distill complex processes into straightforward, user-friendly experiences.
