Role Overview
We seek a Product Designer to create user-centric, seamless product experiences for BJAK’s suite of financial services. This role involves collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to convert complex financial processes into fast, intuitive, and reliable user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design of complete product experiences from ideation through to production deployment.
- Translate product needs into detailed user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished user interfaces.
- Create intuitive UI designs across diverse financial products such as insurance, payments, claims, and investments.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
- Work alongside engineers to guarantee precise realization of designs.
- Leverage user feedback and product data to quickly iterate and improve usability.
- Ensure consistency in design across mobile and web platforms.
- Constantly enhance interaction quality, accessibility, and overall product polish.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience designing digital products.
- A compelling design portfolio that highlights product strategy and visual excellence.
- Expertise in Figma including interactive prototyping capabilities.
- Deep understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design principles.
- Proficient in structuring information architecture and creating smooth user flows.
- Strong eye for typography, spacing, layout, and interaction design.
- Ability to distill complex processes into clear, user-friendly experiences.
- Portfolio submission is mandatory.
