About the design team
The design group works from Bangkok and partners closely with product managers and engineers to solve customer problems and shape product direction. The team is hands-on, fast-moving, and influential in defining workflows, interactions, visual design, and product strategy.
Role overview
This position focuses on creating thoughtful, usable, and accessible product experiences for a global audience. The work involves understanding different user behaviors, regional needs, and product data to improve customer experience across the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery work and contribute to defining product needs and requirements.
- Validate concepts, prototypes, and assumptions with users and use the feedback to refine solutions.
- Share design work with teammates and leaders in both live and asynchronous settings.
- Participate regularly in design critiques, workshops, team-wide meetings, and squad discussions.
- Document design thinking, process choices, and the reasoning behind decisions.
- Maintain consistency and alignment across the UX of a growing set of products and features.
- Help shape customer-focused experiences at the intersection of design, business, content, and technology.
Experience and profile
Candidates should bring at least 3 years of experience in product design and a portfolio that demonstrates strong user-centered work. The role calls for someone who can drive discovery and ideation with design partners, align teams around a clear direction, and create sophisticated customer journeys and system-level solutions rather than isolated screens.
Strong collaboration and communication abilities are important, including listening well, negotiating effectively, and making decisions in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.
