Job description
About the company
THG Ingenuity is a fully connected digital commerce ecosystem built to help brands scale without restrictions. Its global end-to-end technology platform brings together three core products: THG Commerce, THG Studios and THG Fulfilment.
These three solutions work together as one unified offering, helping brands remove barriers and sell directly to consumers. The company works with well-known names including Coca-Cola, Nestle, Elemis, Homebase, and Proctor & Gamble.
Role overview
THG Experience is hiring a Junior Brand Designer to join its marketing team. This is a practical, hands-on position for a versatile creative who can develop brand assets across video, social and digital channels, while also producing printed and event materials. The role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and focuses on creating high-quality work that elevates venue branding and supports business impact.
What you will do
- Produce design work across a wide range of formats, including digital, social, AV, video, print and events.
- Turn creative ideas into polished outputs, such as campaign assets, brochure content, and guest or member touchpoints for venues.
- Build strong visual assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Work closely with property teams and external suppliers, including production partners and printers.
- Help maintain clarity across projects by using simple systems to track workload and keep the wider team updated on progress.
Skills and experience
You should be confident using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with strong hands-on ability in tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro. You’ll need a solid design foundation across both digital and print, with a track record of producing refined, memorable work. Experience in video editing and post-production is also important.
The right person will be comfortable working within established brand rules while still contributing fresh ideas to each brief. The role suits someone who is organised, adaptable and able to keep moving in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Strong collaboration skills are essential, along with a meticulous eye for detail and a pride in producing well-finished work. Experience in hospitality, events or other fast-moving businesses would be an advantage, though it is not required.
Who this role suits
This opportunity is aimed at designers who are around 1 to 2 years into their career and can show range through their portfolio. It is a good fit for candidates who enjoy teamwork, can handle shifting demands, and care about both creative ideas and production quality.
About THG Experience
THG Experience brings together a collection of standout hospitality destinations where thoughtful design, premium facilities and attentive service create memorable guest experiences. Its venues are shaped with care, combining elegant interiors, industry-leading wellness spaces, chef-led dining and carefully delivered experiences that reflect modern luxury.
