Job description
Role overview
We are looking for a creative designer with a strong user-first mindset to shape engaging visuals and smooth digital experiences across marketing and product touchpoints. This position blends graphic design and UX thinking to produce work that is attractive, practical, and aligned with the organization’s goals.
What you will do
You will design digital creatives, marketing collateral, interface layouts, and interactive elements that support business needs and user expectations. The role requires close coordination with different teams to interpret briefs, turn ideas into polished design solutions, and keep the visual language consistent across channels.
Your work will span the full design journey, from early concept exploration through final delivery. You will produce wireframes, user journeys, mockups, prototypes, brand assets, social media visuals, presentations, and other supporting design materials while maintaining strong standards for usability, accessibility, and visual polish.
In addition, you will review user behavior, collect feedback, and use research insights to refine navigation, interactions, and overall experience quality. You will also help maintain design systems and brand guidelines so that aesthetic choices stay balanced with functional goals.
Additional responsibilities
The role may also involve contributing to website and mobile app design work, preparing assets ready for production, partnering with developers and stakeholders, and keeping up with new design methods, software, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- A solid grasp of graphic design, visual communication, and UX fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools.
- Capability to build wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and refined visual concepts.
- Working knowledge of typography, layout, color use, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Understanding of user-centered design practices and usability standards.
- Ability to run user research and convert findings into practical design improvements.
- A portfolio that shows experience in graphic design, UI/UX, digital design, or similar work.
- Awareness of responsive design for both web and mobile experiences.
- Knowledge of accessibility principles and inclusive design practices.
- Strong precision, communication skills, and presentation ability in English.
- Comfort handling several projects at once and meeting deadlines in a busy environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to adapt and learn new tools and trends.
- Ability to work well with designers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
- Professional, organized, accountable, and detail-focused work style.
- Interest in building meaningful, user-centered digital experiences.
