Where you'll work

Job description

Role overview

Primark’s digital function sits at the centre of the customer experience, bringing together specialists who help shape how products are presented online. In this role, you’ll play a key part in the day-to-day execution of product content, supporting launches across the retail calendar and making sure product information is clear, accurate, and optimised for shoppers.

You’ll work closely with a range of internal teams to improve product detail pages, track customer behaviour, and respond to market changes with practical improvements that support commercial performance and digital KPIs.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and maintain Product Detail Page (PDP) attribute needs for the categories and international markets you support, with a strong focus on accuracy and customer experience.
  • Run test-and-learn activity and use customer and market insights to improve PDP performance and broader digital metrics such as conversion, bounce rate, exit rate, and ATT.
  • Partner with the SEO team to support LHN and merchandising needs, helping the site perform better and reducing manual work where possible.
  • Manage the quality and on-time delivery of product launches, including final checks on product data, copy, titles, and imagery.
  • Handle business queries as they arise, working with stakeholders to solve attribution issues and customer questions while maintaining smooth operations.
  • Operate effectively in a busy, fast-moving environment by bringing strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a proactive approach to finding solutions and creating strong digital experiences.

What you should bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in a digital retail setting.
  • Proven success in working on cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to deliver operational work to brief and within agreed timelines.
  • Experience improving digital customer journeys and front-end shopping experiences.
  • A history of supporting better digital KPIs through customer-facing enhancements.
  • Knowledge of PIM and DAM tools is beneficial.

  • Option to purchase 5 additional days of leave.
  • Tax Saver Tickets.
  • Access to a fitness centre.
  • Subsidised cafeteria.
