Key responsibilities

• Review key product metrics on an ongoing basis to spot unusual changes, emerging trends, and early performance signals.
• Plan, run, validate, and interpret A/B tests with careful statistical discipline.
• Help shape, rank, and test product ideas using insights grounded in data.
• Work through large datasets to uncover growth levers and relationships between product indicators.
• Measure unit economics such as LTV, CAC, and ARPU across user groups.
• Create forecasting and impact models to estimate revenue and the business effect of new features or initiatives.
• Partner with product and growth stakeholders to support experimentation and decision-making.

Requirements

• A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or another related technical discipline.
• Strong command of probability and statistics as applied to practical analysis.
• Practical experience using SQL, Python, and Excel for data work.
• Background in designing and evaluating A/B tests in a product or growth setting.
• Good knowledge of marketing and product metrics and how to use them in real situations.
• A self-directed, proactive approach with the ability to find opportunities independently.
• Capability to pull insights from complex datasets and translate them into clear business guidance.
