Presentation Designer

About the Role and Hiring Process

INFUSE is seeking a skilled Presentation Designer to join their creative team located in Vinnytsia Metropolitan Area. The hiring process at INFUSE is thorough and human-centric: applications are carefully reviewed by experienced recruiters without automated tools, followed by a possible video interview and a practical test or project to assess team fit. Candidates will then have a live interview either in person or via Zoom with the INFUSE team before hiring decisions are finalized. Offers will only be extended after live discussions to ensure mutual excitement about the opportunity. INFUSE upholds strict compliance with data privacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create presentation collateral that aligns with company strategy and branding, including sales sheets, business development templates, and training materials.
• Apply strong conceptual skills and deliver visually compelling execution.
• Uphold meticulous attention to detail in all work products.
• Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor presentations, and best design practices to enhance presentation quality and impact.
• Manage time efficiently to ensure all deadlines are consistently met.
• Maintain a good sense of humor and a humble approach to producing outstanding work.
• Stay proactive, accountable, and adaptable in changing situations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of five years' experience specializing in presentation graphic design.
• Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD.
• Proficient in Figma for transforming concepts into engaging visual designs.
• Ability to simplify complex information into interesting and comprehensible visuals.
• Experience in both hardware and software technology sectors.
• Experience with web design projects.
• Degree in a design-related discipline.
• Creative and original thinker with self-starting work ethic.
• English language proficiency at B1 level or above.
