Role Overview

We seek a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development and rollout of new systems, tools, and business processes that will fuel our future growth. This role requires bridging business strategy with technical implementations to convert high-level objectives into tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and department heads to establish a clear vision for innovative solutions that drive business success.
• Translate strategic business targets into actionable product initiatives aligning technological capabilities with company goals.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial discovery and requirements gathering through to deployment, integration, and ongoing refinement.
• Serve as the intermediary between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and smooth communication throughout project phases.
• Evaluate existing workflows to pinpoint automation opportunities and implement appropriate solutions.
• Work alongside business analysts, designers, and developers and independently oversee specialized projects or product stages as needed.

Candidate Profile

• At least five years of experience as a Product or Project Manager in a fast-moving digital or technology environment with proven successful outcomes.
• Demonstrated expertise in analyzing, optimizing, and digitally transforming business processes.
• Strong analytical abilities coupled with data-driven decision-making skills.
• Insight into judiciously deciding when to develop new software versus alternative solutions.
• Experience creating automation to streamline processes and reduce manual efforts.
• Skillful use of no-code or low-code platforms for early prototyping and testing hypotheses.
• Excellent communication skills with capability in stakeholder management and alignment.
• Highly self-motivated, systematically organized, and comfortable working remotely across multiple time zones.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Background in Business Analysis is an advantage.
