Role overview

We are hiring a POS Installation & Activation Specialist to support our Operations function by deploying and activating POS devices at partner sites. The role is field-based and focuses on making sure every device is installed correctly, activated successfully, and working within the expected service timeline.

What you will do

  • Travel to partner premises to install and activate POS terminals.
  • Set up devices, complete configuration steps, and verify network/system connectivity.
  • Run checks to confirm devices are functioning correctly after activation.
  • Guide partners and site staff on basic device operation and day-to-day usage.
  • Investigate and fix on-site issues related to hardware, connectivity, or software.
  • Swap out devices or reconfigure equipment when the situation calls for it.
  • Keep installation records updated and maintain activation workflow documentation.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams to close open issues.
  • Complete installations and issue resolution tasks within SLA targets.

Experience and requirements

  • You should have more than 1 year of experience in device installation, field technical support, or POS rollout work.
  • You need a solid grasp of troubleshooting hardware and network/connectivity problems.
  • Clear communication skills are important for interacting with partners and merchants.
  • The job requires comfort with field operations and regular travel between locations.
  • A valid driving licence is mandatory, along with readiness to travel as needed.
  • You must be able to perform well under pressure while meeting operational SLAs.

Additional information

This position is based in Hafar al Batin, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time onsite role. The work is part of the Operations team and is centered on deployment support, partner enablement, and timely issue resolution.
