City Manager - Dark Stores

About the Role

This position sits at the heart of retail and operations activity, supporting a network of dark stores and logistics functions. The focus is on keeping store operations efficient, dependable, and aligned with strong fulfillment outcomes across all sites.

As the City Manager for Dark Stores, you will take ownership of regional store performance, coach frontline leaders, and drive consistent execution across the territory. The role is centered on accountability, operational discipline, and measurable results across the store network.

Responsibilities

• Improve the performance and efficiency of dark stores across the southern region.
• Take overall responsibility for all stores operating within the assigned region.
• Lead and support store supervisors who report into this position.

Requirements

• Experience managing store supervisors or area managers.
• Demonstrated success in lifting operational KPIs across several store locations.
• Practical use of KPI reporting tools, inventory systems, and fulfillment dashboards.
• Experience in high-volume fulfillment settings and fast-moving multi-branch operations.
• Knowledge of inventory control, fulfillment performance, and process compliance.
• Strong command of English.
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Preferred: 6 or more years of experience in multi-site retail, FMCG, or dark store operations.
• Preferred: A degree in business, supply chain, operations, or a closely related discipline.
• Preferred: Conversational Arabic.
