Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled maintenance personnel specializing in plumbing to join the team at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana in Dubai. This role involves delivering high-quality customer service while effectively addressing plumbing-related needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous operation of all automatic flushing valves.
• Clean and maintain kitchen fat traps regularly.
• Apply appropriate cleaning chemicals for soil and stack pipes as part of routine upkeep.
• Keep roof ventilation pipes and rainwater outlets clear and free from obstruction.
• Examine building blueprints and technical drawings to determine plumbing layout and materials required.
• Select appropriate tools, equipment, pipe types, and sizes necessary for jobs.
• Identify and mark spots for fixture and connection placements.
• Install support structures and hangers for piping, fixtures, and equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair underground stormwater, sanitary systems, water piping, sinks, bathtubs, toilets, water heaters, and conditioning systems.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should have completed an apprenticeship in plumbing and possess prior experience in a similar capacity. Ability to comply with workplace policies and regulations is essential, alongside good physical fitness and a basic proficiency in English. A capability to diagnose and resolve plumbing system faults is also required.
