Role Summary

This position is a full-time, on-site Plant Operator role in Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates.

Key Duties

• Run and oversee the fully automated line used for concrete paving stone, block production, and packing.
• Manage production activities through the control panel and SCADA-based controls.
• Modify mix designs according to the requirements of each job.
• Carry out regular plant checks and handle basic maintenance tasks.
• Work closely with the production team to keep operations running smoothly.
• Record daily production output and prepare shift-wise reports.
• Adhere strictly to HSE standards and quality control processes.

Candidate Profile

The role requires hands-on experience in concrete paving stone or block production, especially in Gulf-region facilities. Applicants should understand concrete mix design fundamentals, be capable of identifying and resolving minor mechanical or electrical issues, and be physically able to work in a plant setting. Strong basic English communication is needed. A valid UAE driving licence is an added advantage, though it is not compulsory.
