Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Planning & Controls Specialist to join our team working on infrastructure projects and business smart transformation governance programs. This role requires a highly skilled professional with a strong background in project scheduling, monitoring progress, controlling costs and schedules, and detailed reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely execution of infrastructure initiatives.
- Monitor project progress consistently to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Control project costs and schedules, making sure they align with planned targets and stakeholder expectations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, performance metrics, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate closely with project teams and PMO to maintain governance standards and compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years within a Project Management Office or related projects.
- Possession of PMP, PMI-RMP, CCP, and CPCM certifications is compulsory.
- Strong proficiency with GIS tools, MS Office applications, and Primavera P6 scheduling software.

This position is based onsite in Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia, and requires full-time commitment.
