About the Role
This position involves supporting the project management office (PMO) with comprehensive risk oversight, business continuity planning, and organizational development. Working within infrastructure projects and business transformation initiatives, the specialist ensures resilient operations through robust risk management and continuous improvement programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively pinpointing, analyzing, and monitoring risks associated with project delivery, and maintaining detailed risk registers alongside effective mitigation strategies.
- Developing and regularly updating business continuity plans to assure ongoing business operations during disruptive events.
- Assisting PMO in overseeing governance protocols and supporting adherence to project reporting standards and performance metrics.
- Driving initiatives aimed at organizational growth and the continual refinement of processes within the project landscape.
- Compiling and delivering analytical reports and dashboards on risk status and continuity preparedness for senior project leaders.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely aligned field.
- PMP and PMI-RMP professional certifications are mandatory.
- At least 10 years of total professional experience, including a minimum of 4 years directly supporting a Project Management Office (PMO).
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office and Primavera P6 software.
