Role overview

What you will do

In this role, you will deliver strong day-to-day customer care while supporting pharmacy operations. You will provide medication dispensing services, offer calm and helpful advice, and create a welcoming experience through friendly interaction and attention to detail. You will also help customers understand available health services and how those services may benefit them. As the first contact for many customer questions, you will work closely with the wider pharmacy team and help ensure service standards remain consistently high.

You will build positive working relationships with the pharmacy team, share useful knowledge, and help improve the way customers are supported. By listening to customer feedback and taking action where needed, you will play a part in strengthening service quality.
