About the Role
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to offer vital administrative and organizational assistance to multiple senior business leaders. This opportunity provides a platform to engage with senior management, expand your professional network, and enhance career prospects. The role involves a hybrid work schedule, with some work-from-home days and a requirement to attend the London office twice weekly.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality support to four business leaders through information management, activity coordination, and communication facilitation.
- Efficiently managing diaries and inboxes, ensuring all correspondence is addressed.
- Maintaining and organizing both electronic and physical filing systems.
- Scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings.
- Handling expense claims and invoice processing accurately.
- Arranging travel bookings and related logistics.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in leadership support or business management roles within Private Banking.
- Competent in managing diaries and inbox workflows with great attention to detail.
- Strong ability to analyze, prioritize, and manage information and instructions effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Understanding of customer business operations and their interactions within the broader organization.
