Role Overview
We seek a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team. This position suits individuals who value both strategic planning and hands-on implementation, excel at analyzing campaign results, and desire substantial accountability for the marketing campaigns they manage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and quality check paid media campaigns primarily on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, with opportunities to explore additional advertising platforms.
- Track campaign effectiveness and actively adjust strategies to meet defined business objectives.
- Compile monthly performance reports and conduct post-campaign reviews offering clear, practical suggestions for improvement.
- Assist with media planning, audience targeting strategies, budget distribution, and forecasting campaign outcomes.
- Oversee significant media expenditures on Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms, ensuring campaigns are deployed efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with creative and account management teams to guarantee smooth and successful campaign delivery.
- Participate in client discussions, providing insights and performance-based recommendations.
- Keep abreast of the latest platform updates, advertising trends, and industry best practices.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 2 to 4 years of practical experience managing paid media campaigns.
- Demonstrate solid expertise with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads interfaces.
- Capable of independently initiating, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns.
- Comfortable analyzing campaign data and converting findings into actionable strategies.
- Detail-focused, organized, and adept at handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Exhibit strong communication and teamwork abilities to interface effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools is advantageous.
- Interest in leveraging agentic-assisted workflows to elevate performance marketing effectiveness.
Work Arrangement and Additional Details
The role operates under a hybrid model with occasional onsite client meetings required in Singapore.
