Role overview
This position is designed for someone who wants to build broad product management capability across the full product lifecycle. Under the support of experienced product managers, you will learn how products are researched, planned, designed, developed, tested, launched, and improved over time.
You will also work with cross-functional teams, strengthen collaboration across different functions and cultures, and gain exposure to international product strategy, market expansion, and product operations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a solid understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle management, from early market research and requirements discovery through planning, design, development, testing, release, and ongoing operation.
- Partner with teams across the business to understand their roles, align work across functions, and build effective communication skills in a diverse, multicultural environment.
- Carry out in-depth market research using interviews, surveys, and data review to better understand customer behavior, preferences, and regional differences.
- Support product planning and development activities, including input into product design, technical structure, and quality assurance work.
- Gather user feedback and analyze product data to help improve features and guide iteration decisions together with product managers.
- Assist with product marketing and user education efforts that improve engagement and overall satisfaction.
- Contribute to international product strategy and growth planning by learning how the company evaluates markets and competition across regions.
- Be prepared for regular travel and possible relocation for overseas assignments if required.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Management, Marketing, Business Administration, UX, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience is acceptable.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with a clear focus on understanding customer needs.
- Familiarity with product design and development workflows, agile methods, and common project management tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially in cross-functional settings.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt well, and pick up new tools and technologies.
- Strong interest in international product management.
- Permanent residency in the country of employment is required.
- Willingness to travel frequently and potentially relocate for international assignments.
