In slower seasons with fewer driving duties, your weekly hours are maintained by merchandising assignments. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with key contacts at all accounts, representing PepsiCo professionally
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery and unloading of products as requested
• Manage daily account settlements and invoice processing
• Stock and rotate products according to merchandising standards
• Create displays and set up promotional materials like pricing signs and banners
• Complete all required paperwork accurately
• Conduct all duties safely and comply with transportation laws and regulations

Physical Demands and Work Conditions

• Engage comfortably in physical labor including merchandising
• Repeatedly lift and carry loads up to 50 lbs during typical 8-10 hour shifts
• Handle heavy loads manually or with aids, requiring physical strength, agility, and flexibility
• Operate equipment safely under various weather and road conditions

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 British Columbia driver’s license with manual transmission ability and a strong driving record
• Exceptional customer service skills and enjoyment working with people
• High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or equivalent education
• Physically fit with self-motivation and ability to work independently

Additional Preferred Skills

• Willingness to work extra hours and overtime as needed
• Previous experience in merchandising or customer service is a plus
