About the Role
Join Google's People Operations team as a People Partner for Workspace, where you'll play a pivotal role in revolutionizing human resources by applying innovative approaches aligned with Google's culture and values. This position partners closely with senior leaders in Google Workspace, a suite of productivity apps, focusing on transforming the organization into an AI-first environment by developing effective talent strategies and organizational designs that foster team productivity and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to vice presidents and executive leaders, offering leadership on organizational and personnel strategy.
- Apply expertise in areas including organizational effectiveness, talent and performance management, change management, and coaching leadership.
- Deliver actionable insights through data analysis to uncover underlying issues and rapidly implement solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership to design, initiate, and successfully implement change initiatives, crafting detailed people plans for large divisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 12 years' experience as an HR business partner or generalist supporting VP-level leaders in both technical and non-technical roles at global corporations.
- Demonstrated experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Background in organizational design, succession planning, performance management, business consulting, compensation, rewards, recognition programs, culture preservation, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, and employee relations.
- Proven ability to drive organizational change while managing diverse stakeholders at all hierarchical levels.
- Experience as a management consultant collaborating with external clients.

Compensation includes a base salary range of $219,000 to $306,000 USD, a 25% performance bonus target, equity awards, and the aforementioned benefits.
