Role overview
This opportunity begins as a six-month contract-to-hire engagement, with the possibility of moving into a permanent position depending on performance and the organization’s staffing needs. The assignment is centered on supporting HR Contact Center operations, especially ServiceNow ticket handling, case management, and compliance-related reporting for employee records.

The People Rotational Program is a three-year development track designed to give participants broad exposure to Human Resources. The program helps team members build deep knowledge across several People functions while contributing meaningfully to the work that impacts the entire organization.
Participants start with onboarding focused on People operations, then move into their first rotation. Throughout the program, they receive guidance from program managers, access to senior People leaders, mentorship, and continuing learning opportunities. After completing the rotations, participants graduate prepared to move into a specialist HR role within the organization.

What you will do
- Take part in three to four rotations, each lasting nine to twelve months, to strengthen knowledge and capability across multiple areas of People operations.
- Work in rotation areas such as People Operations, Compliance, People Analytics, Talent Acquisition, HR Technology/HRIS, Learning, Compensation, and Benefits/Leave.
- Complete system-driven processes, including communication with new team members, HRIS record updates, and compliance documentation tasks.
- Keep HR records accurate and maintain strong data quality across systems.
- Support team members and supervisors with questions and processes related to talent activities, payroll, policies, and compliance.
- Contribute to documentation, process enhancement efforts, and other team initiatives.
Required profile
- Genuine interest in the human resources field.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with good organization.
- Very high attention to detail.
- Solid analytical ability and skill in gathering and interpreting data.
- Excel proficiency, including functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables, is preferred.

- Base pay is complemented by a bonus component.

Compensation details
The stated pay range is USD 24.39 to USD 32.20 per hour.
Health and compliance requirements
