Role overview

H2 Health is looking for an experienced recruiter to support its Pediatric Outpatient Division in a fully remote, full-time capacity. This position is best suited to someone who works well in a dynamic environment, enjoys creating connections, and has a strong history of finding and engaging high-quality pediatric therapy professionals.

In this role, you will act as a trusted hiring partner by managing end-to-end recruitment and helping expand the pediatric division through the placement of skilled clinicians into meaningful roles. Recruitment support will extend across H2 Health and its affiliated brands in the states where the organization operates: Florida, Kentucky, Texas, and Virginia.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the complete hiring process, beginning with requisition review and continuing through offer acceptance.
  • Hire for pediatric therapy and related clinical roles, including PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, SLPAs, BCBAs, and RBTs.
  • Create and execute sourcing plans using job boards, professional networks, referrals, social channels, direct outreach, and other inventive recruiting methods.
  • Develop and sustain strong pipelines of both active and passive candidates in pediatric healthcare.
  • Handle several open positions across multiple states while staying highly organized and detail-focused.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and provide consultative recruiting guidance.
  • Ensure candidates receive clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the process.
  • Keep recruiting activity and candidate information current and accurate in the applicant tracking system.
  • Learn the H2 Health organization and affiliated brands thoroughly so you can present the culture, opportunities, and employer value proposition effectively.

Requirements

  • Prior recruiting experience specifically within pediatric therapy is required.
  • Direct success recruiting PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, SLPAs, BCBAs, and RBTs is expected.
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Strong sourcing capability, especially when identifying and engaging passive candidates.
  • Experience recruiting across several states and different geographic markets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Comfort working independently in a fully remote setting with strong responsiveness and accountability.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a relationship-centered approach.
  • Ability to quickly understand and represent multiple brands and service lines within a growing healthcare organization.
  • Applicant tracking system experience is preferred.
