Overview

H2 Health is hiring an experienced Pediatric Therapy Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in a full-time remote role. This position suits someone who enjoys a dynamic hiring environment, is skilled at relationship-building, and has a strong history of finding and attracting high-quality pediatric therapy professionals.

In this role, you will act as a hiring partner across the pediatric division, managing end-to-end recruitment and helping connect clinicians with career opportunities across H2 Health and its affiliated brands operating in Florida, Kentucky, Texas, and Virginia.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle the complete recruiting process, from intake discussions with hiring managers through offer acceptance.
  • Source and recruit for pediatric therapy and related roles, including PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, SLPAs, BCBAs, and RBTs.
  • Build talent pipelines using job boards, referrals, networking, social media, direct outreach, and other creative sourcing approaches.
  • Maintain active and passive candidate pipelines for pediatric healthcare roles.
  • Coordinate hiring for several openings across multiple states while staying organized and detail-oriented.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide thoughtful recruiting guidance.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication, transparency, and reliable follow-up.
  • Keep recruiting and candidate information current and accurate in the applicant tracking system.
  • Learn H2 Health’s brands and culture well enough to represent them confidently to candidates.

Requirements

  • Prior recruiting experience specifically in pediatric therapy hiring is required.
  • Hands-on success recruiting PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, SLPAs, BCBAs, and RBTs is expected.
  • Background in managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Strong ability to identify and engage passive talent.
  • Experience working across multiple states or market areas.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage several priorities at once.
  • Comfort working independently in a fully remote setting with strong responsiveness and accountability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a relationship-focused style.
  • Ability to quickly learn and represent multiple brands and service lines.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred.
