Role Overview

As a Patient Advocate Data Entry I, you will be part of the Customer Success function and will help ensure patient order information is entered accurately and on time. This role supports daily operations as well as regulatory compliance, and it has a direct effect on service quality and workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter healthcare details and test orders into the system with speed and accuracy.
  • Check incoming orders for missing or incomplete information and follow up when needed.
  • Help maintain consistently high data-processing output and quality.
  • Follow applicable CLIA and HIPAA requirements at all times.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in data entry is required.
  • A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are essential.
  • Ability to learn quickly, solve problems, and perform research effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are important for the role.
  • Must be comfortable adapting to changing policies and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of Windows and web browsers is required.
  • Preferred background includes 6 months to 1 year in a medical environment.
  • Fast typing speed is an advantage.

Compensation
