Role Overview
The Help Desk Specialist I position plays an important part in keeping a primarily Mac-based technology environment running smoothly. The role focuses on first- and second-level IT support, device administration, user assistance, and day-to-day troubleshooting so internal teams can work efficiently and receive dependable technical support.
Key Responsibilities
This position handles support across macOS and Windows laptops, related applications, and common workplace systems. It also includes device setup, account provisioning, documentation upkeep, and coordination with technical teams across time zones.
Compensation
The base pay for this role is typically between $28 and $34 per hour, with the final offer shaped by location, skills, and relevant experience.
